I love this rug. The colors are beautiful and it is gorgeous under my gold/glass table. Shipping was very fast.

We were happy to find the rug for which we were searching at a good price. The pad came first and the rug came a couple of weeks later. We got an email before the pad came and then a shipping date for the rug and it came a couple days later. It was just a little hard to track the actual arrival date.

When I finally unpacked the rug it was dirty and part of it was already coming apart as part of the hide was already unglued. Shipping was quick and product was wrapped properly - which begs the question if it was rewrapped from a previous order given that the rug was dirty and coming apart.

Update: The company reached out to me immediately and, without me asking for anything, had the company ship me a new rug after I showed pictures of the issue. They were super friendly and helpful. I was shocked. It is customer service like this that will bring me back as a repeat customer.
