Great customer service. Super competitive pricing. Huge selection. I'm a loyal Karastan customer. Plush rugs drop ships directly from Karastan. I had a bit of an issue (not with Plush Rugs) with Karastan. Plush Rugs took care of it immediately and then followed up with me by phone! I mean, who does that anymore!

I ordered a 2x3’ rug. It arrived quickly and packed very well. Unfortunately, the rug I selected did not have the effect in the room that I thought it would. I contacted service and Megan quickly responded with a return shipping label. I ordered a second rug and Megan promptly responded that the restocking fee would be waived and a refund for the difference in cost of rugs would be mailed. It was an extremely easy process from start to finish and I felt like a valued customer. I will not hesitate to recommend Plush rugs to my friends. This review was not solicited.

I found this area rug using Google lens on a very high priced similar rug and was amazed to find such a perfect look alike - and at a close out price. Due to the close out, I couldn’t get the exact size I would have preferred but for the $$ this works well enough. (I hope the manufacturer reissues the style.) It’s much thinner than the high priced one and definitely won’t hold up as long, however, it is brighter and more defined and looks great. Delivery and communication from PlushRugs were spot on.
