Plush Rugs was great. The rug was exactly what we expected. But we had a delivery problem. FedEx leaves all our deliveries out at the road either by the mail box or in the middle of our driveway. They are the only delivery service to do this. So 5-stars to Plush Rugs minus 1-star for using FedEx.

My rug was delivered to incorrect house by FedEx. Once I became aware of the issue PlushRugs customer service was quick to respond and resend a new rug, which I am now awaiting. However, I had to send a photo of my home to prove the error. I realize that Fed Ex is to blame for the delivery issue. When I receive the rug and if it works in my space I will order a second and give PlushRugs another try.
