I love the price point.
The ability to leave from a small uncrowded airport is Amazing.
I just wish you could book multi city flights. I like to go to more than one destination on my trips

I cannot say enough good things about Play Air and how they handle passengers with severe allergies like mine. As someone with a life-threatening nut allergy, flying can be stressful, but Play Air made me feel completely at ease.

They announced my allergy at least three times during each flight, ensuring everyone on board was aware. On one flight, someone two rows behind me opened a bag of nuts despite the announcements. Before I even noticed, the flight crew spotted it and immediately acted, moving me to another seat to ensure my safety. Their attentiveness, quick action, and professionalism blew me away.

Thank you, Play Air, for going above and beyond to ensure your passengers’ well-being. I’ll definitely be flying with you again!

The price was good. Flew NY to Iceland and back. Crew and staff were all great and very helpful.

Flight was cancelled and they were promt issued the refund. I had a messenger chat to clarify everything and the refund is on its way. Im delighted and grateful to have a discount carrier like Play yet there is a human behind the scene instead of a bot. Thanks Play! Keep up the great service.

"Deceptive prices and policies "

General price seems to be low at first to catch your attention when on comparision flights, but once you go through the booking process they don't beat the competition. They even charge for carry on - its only a personal item like a daysack thats included. I'd go with a more popular airline if I were you.
Additionally, read the terms and conditions (which they are deceptive about) before you purchase cancellation protection. They require proof and only cover the following:
1. Medical Documents
2. Official Confirmation of recent covid contraction (home test not accepted)
3. Order to quarantine (past news this is)
4. death certificate.....
5. Police report.

I'd just not waste your money.

Great and inexpensive airline. Flight was good and smooth. Staff very lovely and helpful. Its a terribly boring flight with no entertainment on board so bring something along to do. You cant beat the value for money though

The entire process was seamless, and I really appreciate the value Play offers without compromising on quality. Hopefully, they’ll introduce an app soon to make booking and managing flights even easier.
