We had a booked flight and we had a problem in our country we couldn't leave. It wasn't our fault either the company, even thought they made it easy for us to change the flight (even when they didn't have to). Communication was fast, kind and helpful. Thank you so much I have no words for how much you helped us.

Check in online, download your boarding pass, be there in time and your good to go. Have extra battery for your phone, not all plain8have a USB stick. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Andrea is a star, sweet and we had some good laughs.

"Vuelo desde Alicante"

Volamos desde Alicante, tanto la ida como la vuelta fue todo muy bien, ningún problema para hacer los check in online. Tampoco tuvimos problema en el aeropuerto de keflavik para imprimir la facturación de la maleta. Los vuelos salieron en hora sin ningún atraso. Para nosotros todo fue bien. La única pega fue que el vuelo inicial partía de Alicante a las 17:30 y nos lo cambiaron un mes antes a las 22:45, con lo cual llegas a una hora muy mala para coger hotel solo por unas horas y tuvimos que hacer tiempo en el aeropuerto hasta las 5 de la mañana para recoger el coche de alquiler

I would strongly recommend that others choose companies other than Play. The option of online check-in for our flight was not possible. When we arrived in time for physical check-in at the machines at the airport, there were problems printing boarding passes. After we were checked in but did not have boarding passes, we could not get on the plane and had to wait all day at the airport. It was not possible to collect online boarding passes. Play does not have staff at the airport. The staff in Keflavík informs that there are often problems printing boarding passes from Play. Play will not cover the costs of purchasing a new ticket. I would like to warn other customers not to be in the same situation. Jens Skov Jørgensen

"Great experience for practical travelers — even with kids!"

If you don't expect to sleep, watch movies, or charge devices on a flight, PLAY Airlines is just perfect. We traveled with three children and everything went smoothly. The crew stayed humble and friendly, the flights were on time, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The Airbus aircraft made the trip surprisingly comfortable despite the minimalistic setup. For short flights, it’s exactly what you need.

"Staff great, cramming people in boarding corridor bad."

Great airline to fly when going on a budget airline. Staff was easy going and seemed more happy than at other airlines. What annoys is the practice of so-called boarding before the plane is actually ready to let passengers on board, leaving us crammed in the corridors leading out to the plane for ages. Happened both in Keflavik and Baltimore for us.

"I love the convenience of this airline…"

I love the convenience of this airline and that is incredibly important! However, the seats are uncomfortable, and it's difficult to sleep when most flights to Europe from U.S. are at night/ overnight. There is an extra price for baggage, which makes the flight more expensive in the end, and there are no complimentary snacks or coffee/tea. I began to wonder if the seating was intentionally uncomfortable to force passengers to purchase items to eat/drink.
The staff and pilots are incredibly nice and communicative, which I appreciate.
