I had a great experience with play airlines. I took a connecting flight to Boston and back and didn’t have any issues. Flights went on time if not early for every one. I will definitely be recommending to a friend. The prices for the flights were extremely good. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Great experience overall! :)

"You get what you pay for "

Our seats were comfortable and we paid for the extra leg room which was wonderful. The boarding process was chaotic. On our outbound flight they got everyone called on, only to hold us on the jet bridge for almost 20 minutes. Then on both flights, an unusually high number of flight attendants only to have them huddle up in the front galley and kept the curtain shut so they wouldn't be bothered.

The flight from iceland to the US was wonderful. Better legroom and on board temperature. The flight from the US to Iceland was very cramped and too warm on the plane

Tweede keer dat ik van Amsterdam naar Baltimore ben gevlogen. Prima verbinding en geen vervelende bagage vragen zoals bij andere prijsvechters.

"Urine stink"

I were on a flight from New York to Iceland and then from Iceland to Denmark. It reeked of urine. On both flights. I sat in a stink of urine in a total of nearly 10 hours. It was so uncomfortable. If it happened on just one flight, sure it might just be bad luck, but both? Then there is something really wrong. i have never experienced this on any other flight ever.
