Great price, everything went smoothly; check ins, transfers etc. We had only hand luggage. There are little services in board, but you can buy snacks and drinks. The information on board about where you’re flying at the moment could be better. We had an intercontinental flight, so had to count the hours and guess where we were. Staff is friendly

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Flug nach Island und zurück nach Deutschland. Die Sitze sind sehr komfortabel, mit viel Beinfreiheit, das Personal ist super freundlich und auch sonst war alles prima. Gern wieder!

Die Kommunikation mit PLAY super freundlich. Online Check-in super easy und alles super pünktlich! Mein Highlight war die Landung in Keflavik, es war mega windig draußen, aber der Pilot hat es geschafft, den Flieger "Butter zart" zu landen. Einfach Spitze! Das schaffen wirklich sehr wenige. Danke!

At overseas flight, very discounted flight, Seat cant adjust so no sleep for me, no screen or film or possibility for charging, no food or drinks . The Price is cheap but with luggage same Price as an ordinary ticket. So discount to ordinary Price. Also remember s bus ticket to manhatten.

We flew out of Stewart (SWF) and had a fantastic experience. The service was friendly and efficient. Will fly them again and highly recommend. Worth the value and 1,000x better than other value airlines (ex. Norse Atlantic)

This airline was so easy to fly with. They remind you to check in. It was so easy to book online. The price is right and I felt so safe And care for. Honestly, I appreciate the no-frills… There’s so much waste with ridiculous food on other flights and I appreciate the à la carte option.

"Overvejende en god oplevelse"

Overvejende en god oplevelse. Det var rædselsfuldt at sidde ret og ned i 6 timer mellem Island og NYC uden overhovedet at kunne røre sig, og med knæene mod sædet foran (jeg er 171 cm og har den dybeste medlidenhed med folk, der er større end det). Jeg har aldrig fløjet med så lidt plads før, og uden kaffe, film, ingenting.

Men NYC Stewart lufthavnen var genial. Lille hyggeligt sted, helt uden ventetid ved ind- og udrejse, afslappet stemning. Samlet set, inklusiv uber til NYC, gik det stadig hurtigere end via de store lufthavne.

Vi er blevet spammet helt vildt med emails omkring hver lille detalje og med andre "tilbud".

Jeg flyver måske med dem igen på grund af den gode pris, men ikke mere end max 3 timer.
