For the first time we were super late, do to the train to the airport. when we arrived the check in was already closed, but we tried anyway to go through the security with a 20 kg bag 😅
We arrived to the gate of course closed, but they let us go on the plane anyway! They were really polite and understanding!

"Overall a pleasant flight experience"

Overall a pleasant flight experience, and I would be happy to fly with them again. However, as it was my first time flying, a few things did disappoint me:

- I used the self-check-in from home, but at the airport I couldn't retrieve my boarding pass. It’s unfortunate that it's not automatically sent by email or available in the "My Play" function. That is a BIG minus.

- A 6-hour flight with no in-flight entertainment, no charging options for phones/tablets, or similar amenities. That was just boring.

- No complimentary coffee or tea. That was just too cheap.

That said, the flights themselves went smoothly. All four flights were either on time or arrived ahead of schedule. The staff was always friendly and smiling. Boarding was handled professionally. The planes were old but comfortable.
