Provide for 24/7 real time human contact. Had to rebook due to last minute changes. Resulted in buying more roundtrip tickets than needed. Your replies from FB, texts, & email take days. I think the FAA would not like that.

"Low cost features without the low price"

Low cost airline so the lack of services was to be expected. However, the seats were incredibly uncomfortable and the head rests were all broken, meaning they would stay up. Very uncomfortable for tall people. Going back to the “low cost” part, I wouldn’t mind the features of a low cost airline if the prices were actually low cost.

Low-Cost-Airline.... dementsprechend muss für Speisen und Getränke gezahlt werden. Preise für ein Softdrink (3€) aber human.
Besonders zu erwähnen: unser Pilot auf dem Rückflug am 20.04.2025 hat mich sehr beeindruckt. Die Turbulenzen die während des Fluges angekündigt wurden hat er so galant umflogen, dass sie kaum spürbar waren.....der Start und auch die Landung sehr sanft. Vielen Dank dafür

Einen Kritikpunkt muss ich leider erwähnen.....beim Buchen des Aufgabegepäcks ist mir ein kleiner Fehler unterlaufen und ich habe anstatt des Aufgabegepäcks ein zusätzliches Handgepäck gebucht......leider war eine Änderung nicht möglich und ich musste zusätzlich ein Aufgabegepäckstück buchen. Da es so in den AGBs steht.....da wäre ein wenig Kulanz angebrachter.....

First play Airlines canceled my return trip from Paris. Staying another day let me to having to pay for changing a train trip as well as a new hotel.
Then they canceled my trip on route to Paris and for 48 hours I tried to contact someone via there supposedly easy available chat line. I wrote the CEO. I have never dealt with such an inapt irresponsible “ Business”. They should go out of business ASAP. Don’t fly on PLAYunless you want to lose a lot of money and rebook on another airlines.
