"I do not recommend this airline"

I do not recommend this airline! It’s impossible to reach a live agent to update any information or change your ticket. They advised me to handle everything online, but the website keeps giving me errors. I will never use PLAY again!

"Flights moved and then cancelled!"

We have booked our tickets to Iceland for summer holidays in November. It was done especially in advance. After that we have booked a campervan and a non-refundable hotel for the last night - since the flight was planned at night and we had to stay somewhere near the airport for the night. 2 Months later we have recieved email that our flights are no longer taking place on the planned dates - we could choose another dates free of charge. but there was no possibilty for the same trip length. Ok we did change it, it took half a day to change all the accomodation reservations and email with the non refundable hotel...another 3 months go by and we recive one more email. This time the flights are cancelled and are no longer operated from our town at all!!! what do we do? Now it is april already and the flights for our dates in other aircompanies rose as well!!! Horrible aircompany - such thing never happened with us on any other euripean lowcoster companies.

Bereits Anfang Januar hat PLAY durch Flugverlegungen uns viel Umbuchungsaufwand und hohe Kosten verursacht und nun durch Annullierungen eine aufwändig geplante Reise mit mehreren Familienmitgliedern platzen lassen.
Unzuverlässig und damit nutzlos - NIE WIEDER buchen wir PLAY.
Das die Kommunikation dabei fehlerhaft war, spielt dabei schon keine Rolle mehr.

I like to fly with play. Ever crew member are very friendly to us and our three kids 9,4 and 2 years old. We have experienced it differently.

The price was good, and the flight was comfortable. No frills, but comfortable. I'll fly play again.

"it is not a low cost"

it is not a low cost, they can charge you 110 euro additionally just for lap top bag, so the final price will be as for normal boing

"Flüge storniert - Urlaub gecrasht..."

Die Airline hat unsere Flüge nach Island ohne Angabe von Gründen storniert. Durch diese Aktion wurde unser kompletter Island Urlaub gecrasht, da wir natürlich auch Hotels für den ensprechenden Zeitraum gebucht haben. Für sämtliche Mehrkosten, die jetzt durch notwendige Buchungen/Umbuchen entstehen, müssen natürlich wir aufkommen... Danke für NICHTS flyplay. Wir werden nie wieder einen Flug bei euch buchen, ab jetzt nur noch Iceland Air!

"Besværlig check-in og minimal comfort"

Har fået mindst 10 reminders e-mails omkring en ændring i flyplanen. Jeg accepterede ændringen i første e-mail, men de sidste 3 mdr. er der kommet utallige e-mails omkring denne ændring. Man booker hos Play men får info fra Bravo.
Online check opdatere ikke, selvom jeg har checket ind og modtaget boardingpass stå jeg stadig åben for check-in når jeg logger ind på min profil.
Det er forvirrende og usikkert, og en usikkerhed man ikke har lyst til at have når man skal nå et cross-atlantic fly.
Flyene er nye men skrabede i comfort, forventeligt til prisen, men det kunne vært rat at vide at der ikke er nogen form for entertainment under flyvningen + plus alt skal købes, selv vand.
Jeg klar over at billige billetter = mindre comfort, men det her ble for billigt. Jeg flyver ikke med Play igen, det blev ganske enkelt for billigt.

"Baggage overage "

Cheap flight option.
However they make up for it with baggage fees. We paid for 50 lbs were over by 6 lbs and charged an extra 150 euro. Took away from our experience with play.

"Erst im Januar wurde unser Hin und…"

Erst im Januar wurde unser Hin und Rückflug verlegt, jetzt im April komplett gestrichen. Mehrkosten für beide Aktionen für uns als Familie liegen bei mehr als 1000 Euro für Umbuchungen bzw. Neubuchungen. Play? Nie wieder! Ich hoffe nur, wir bekommen den Flugpreis zurück erstattet!
