This company really do what they say. Andy Carruthers was an excellent contact who explained how the service could help my business. The lady who helped me with onboarding was brilliant and guided me all the way through set up. I had nothing to worry about and could easily see any customer enquiries I needed to follow up on. My business moved more online and telephone comms was very minimal and Andy recommended that the service could be halted whilst this was the case. Excellent Service from the Answer Connect Team. I tried the service for my one man company. However the level of calls my company recieved did not warrant even the lowest plan at £120 they had to offer. Had they had a lower price plan I would have stayed
