The articles ordered at the NFL Shop Europe were great. The shipping time due to the Super Bowl was okay for me and it was transparent it will take some time.
What I've found most frusttrating is the fact, you don't see it first handy how much you have to pay for the shipping costs. Some items cost 8 EUR, some 16 EUR, some 20+ EUR. This seems to be due to different locations where the items are sent from.
If they are coming directly from the US you mostly have to pay 20+EUR.

The NFL is a big and great company, earning a lot of money. The items in the shop are also not "cheap", so why do they not compensate the shipping costs for european fans?
