"Good luck getting an order to process successfully"
I tried to order protein powder 4 different times with 4 different credit cards and my order was canceled, SILENTLY, 4 different times. The silent part really chaps my ass because here I was the first time waiting around for my shipping, doo-tee-doo, only to find out that that they canceled and didn't notify me. Timing is of the essence given there is a July 4th sale that is set to expire.
I called one of the card issuers and they said everything was fine on their end so it is the store that is canceling the order.
Their website is absolute crap. I have tried for 5 YEARS to order protein directly from them on their website and have NEVER had a successful order after living at 3 different addresses. After doing some research, the reason I'm pretty sure now, is because they use Shopify as their storefront and it seems to flag every one of my orders as "high risk." Why? WHO THE HELL KNOWS? I'd love to know myself!
I emailed their customer service and when I didn't get a prompt response, I called their customer service line TWICE and basically was told there is nothing they could do, except forward my complaint to someone else. Pretty useless and they don't do phone orders.
So I missed out again on the 25% coupon for July 4th sale. Very annoying.
I've never met a business that actively refuses to take my money as hard as they do. I mean I feel I have put in a pretty unprecedented effort to try and buy their product without success. TAKE MY MY MONEY!
They don't accept paypal, crypto or basically any other payment option so its impossible to get an order through.
I guess I need to find a new brand.

Yeah,way of saying I get 25% off for taking your survey and then only get 15% because of your 10% sale deduction being included with it! On top of that, Country Life must have charged an extra fee on my credit card!You can be sure I won’t be doing this again.

"Poor order fulfillment and communication"
Ordered six products on sale. Order was processed. Four were not delivered and there was absolutely no communication from the company on this over the past month. Obviously they do not care about customer fulfillment or resetting expectations. I assume they over sold four units and unable to deliver. After a month, still don’t know.

Order was never shipped after 7 days. Called to get status, they said they would call back but didn't in specified time. Cancelled order. Disgusted with this compnay.
