I ordered these drip pans for my grill in April. When they didn’t have them in stock, even though their website said they did, I asked for a refund. Then in November they arrived.

With few options (local ones in particular) for my Masterbuilt gravity series, I was happy to find 2 key items at a very reasonable cost. The additional shipping charge didn’t phase me as I’m in Alberta. One item listed wasn’t immediately available but the communication was great, I just had to be a bit patient.

We are frequent customers of bbqing.com. Ordering and delivery has been excellent in the past, however, this order was a little bit of a different experience. The items that we purchased are fine but it took a very long time to receive them. Our credit card was processed for payment immediately. We were told 2-4 weeks and it took closer to 6 or 7 weeks. Longtime to prepay. The delivery person was not great, practically dropping and banging around a box that is marked "fragile". Fortunately, the contents were ok.

We started out looking at another to brand BBQ and after comparing different models from different brands we made our decision to go with our ique regal 490. The BBQ arrived on schedule, the package was undamaged and the delivery driver was very pleasant. We are going to be buying some accessories for our new BBQ and of course nothing but Broil King brand, we love the quality. We now use our BBQ more than our stove. My husband calls himself the Broil King,I haven't figured out if I'm the Broil Queen or the Court Jester.
