Through our struggles, we finally ended up getting Austin to help us. I’ve never had anyone be more helpful and patient. If he doesn’t know the answer, he does research to find out. If you have more staff like him, it speaks well for your company.

We transitioned from ESC to Field Edge about 8 months ago. As with any big change, it was a process, but Field Edge, particularly Lyuda, was there for us all the way! We now feel pretty proficient but still lean on Lyuda as we delve deeper into all the things Field Edge can do!
