"FieldEdge Is a great software to use."

Lyuda R is the best Rep for FieldEdge. The most important thing with FieldEdge is who take care of you. We are with FE over 2 years we had hard time in first to complete or need what we want because of support service. As we go FE improve a lot technical and service support. Right now is much better then was before. Also our Rep Lyuda doing GREAT JOB I'am very happy and impressed how she take care of our needs. Other things: I like simplicity of using FieldEdge and as you know how it works. Price for software compare to the others is good so this was a huge impact to make a final decision. You cant do anything after completed. Change notes, change payments. I think it will be beneficial if there be some kind of the Administration account just in case.

"Great Results"

Our company has had great results using Field Edge. It has streamlined our processes and allowed us to focus on our customers instead of endless amounts of paperwork. The customer service that we receive from tech support and our service rep is outstanding.

"Fieldedge is great!!!!"

Fieldedge is great!!!!! It is user friendly and the techs understand the mobile side of things great. Anytime I have a problem or question, Robin Wilson, is on the ball. She has been excellent at helping me and making things easier for us. I highly recommend FE to anyone.

We have tried other systems and I will have to say that Fieldedge's customer support is by far better than the other companies we tried. Anytime I contacted Erica or Kevin they got the problem taken care of in a timely manner not days usually within a couple hrs. They take the time to listen to customer needs and address them. In our industry we needed custom fields/settings and they figured out how to get us what we needed. I highly recommend them for businesses, it streamlines our dispatching system with our invoice system. Thanks crew for doing a good job.

"Can't say enough about FieldEdge and…"

Can't say enough about FieldEdge and what it has changed for our company. We began looking almost two years ago to take our company to the next level and chose FieldEdge to help us get there. We are able to customize the program in so many ways to fit our business to track the things we want to. They are always updating the software based on customer recommendations! The customer service and support are hands down the best there is! You won't regret using this software!

FieldEdge has helped us tremendously. FieldEdge has a great support team to help with any of our needs. Especially our CSM - Alyson is always there to assist. The dashboard has been very helpful with reporting. FieldEdge has been a great addition to our company!

"Best Customer Support Ever"

Having used FieldEdge for almost a year now, I can easily say that the platform has grown considerably. There are consistent updates made to the program, with the suggestions for the updates coming from the users themselves. The reporting features are something that I use on a daily basis. And in the few instances where I have not been able to pull the info that I am looking for, One phone call to Robin - Our CSM and she either walks me through it or helps facilitate getting the data pulled on their end and getting it over to me. I personally love that I have a dedicated representative at Fielded to build a relationship with, and quite honestly look forward to talking with her. More often than not when you have to call any type of help desk you do it with a sense of dread at the lack of help you are going to receive. This is not true with the Desco / FieldEdge Family. I highly recommend using FieldEdge for your dispatching needs

"From 2011 through 2017 we used a…"

From 2011 through 2017 we used a dispatching software called smart service, very antiquated yet achieved our overall purposes. We decided at the end of 2017 to increase company-wide, our technical and logistical analytics to achieve maximum gross profit. The only scary part was going live in June which is the busy time for us but with the complete company buy-in, excellent technical support and proper accountability it went off without a hitch. I am pleased to say that with our migration to fieldedge our gp% in our service and maintenance departments has never been better, our job tracking, reporting and analytics have increased 10 fold. I am a happy customer and when I feel perturbed about situational glitches (which are rare) our company is always taken care of quickly and professionally.
