Original Post: I am extremely disappointed and will be switching insurers once this ordeal is over. For a company that claims to be by women, for women, I experienced zero empathy when I expressed my frustration about not having a hired car while my vehicle is in repair.
When I realised this coverage wasn’t included, I immediately requested to add it, but nothing was done. I was initially told the repair would take 10 days, so we hired a car and paid out of pocket. Now, nearly a month later, the timeline keeps changing, and we are still covering the rental costs. Worst of all, we are not even informed when the repair date is pushed back so no time to plan adequately.

As a working mum who relies on my car for daycare drop-offs and pick-ups, this has left me completely stranded. The latest delay means our hired car had to be returned, and now we are left without transport. How is this an insurer for women when I called to express my distress and was threatened with having the call cut off, even after explaining that my kids would be left without a way home?

This has been upsetting, stressful, and financially draining. I strongly advise others to stay away to avoid such a frustrating and harrowing experience.

"Amazing polite helpful call centre "

The best thing for me is that you get to talk with Australian women. Wouldn't mind even if it was a male. Just as long as I am speaking to an Australian person.
I hate talking to over seas call centres. They are rude hard to understand.
Every one I have delt with at Stella have been so understanding and polite.
