Anyone buying a car be careful and make sure you go have a look before you buy. Spoke to then prior to buying and they promised car was in absolute pristine condition. When I got there after everything had gone through, I ahd found out multiple places on the car needed attention, bumper, side panels boot dinted, all the wheels needed a good refurb, front bumper needs full paint job. On the last MOT its a strong advisory for all the pads and discs to be done, to which the garage and Adam said it will be done, but wasn't done at all. They promised to give a 2 year warranty for a price which they only gave 1 year, when I rang (3times) each time was promised they will sort it out. Awful customer service. Advertisement is not true at all. Just waiting on them to get back, if not I will take it further. If anyone is going through the same get in touch.

This company is not a member of the motoring ombudsman’s!!!!! The MOT’s on the car i purchased was illegal, they say that they would fix the issues, they had the car back with them for 8 days, no replacement car given, they don’t do the necessary repairs. I have had to file court paperwork to try and get this matter resolved.

Imagine paying for your new vehicle to be transported down to you, excited for arrival and then seeing someone drive it instead of properly transport it.
Then imagine looking at your new vehicle and seeing it’s nothing like as advertised in the photos and is scratched and dented all over.
Half the bonnet looking like a tiger has been skidding all over it, numberplate randomly nailed on looking like this car has just left the chop shop.
No refund for delivery because I told the driver to drive it back as it was scrap.
Shocking - advise if anyone is looking to go here then please make sure you double check your vehicle.

Lovely friendly service from salesman and quick turn around for collection. Unfortunately we drove nearly 2 hours to arrive at the agreed time, to which the salesman had forgotten/written our appointment down for 4 hours later. Then had to drive to another building to sort the documents. Still no actual confirmation that the finance is all in place/payment dates etc, yet the car is on my drive. No fuel in car despite me informing then we'd have a 2 hour drive home. Key fob battery light on dash on collection and tyre pressure light within 10 minutes driving. Was also promised a service before collection yet the service light is now showing, I've been quoted £620 from Audi to have its scheduled service done!! Little niggles but after spending £34,000 on a prestige vehicle I would have expected better. The car is awesome which softens the blow a little but slightly annoyed I'm going to have to fork out for a service.

its a shame you can't leave no stars, purchased a van thats not road worthy, returned on tow truck at our costs, been with them for 4 week and the after sales service is the worst Ive ever come across, no return calls, emails and the reception satff are rude and unhelpful. Legal action is being taken against this company.

I agree with all the negative reviews about Jagland Empire!!
I bought a Range Rover Sport on 12/08/23. On the way back to the Midlands I noticed a ‘rattle’ from the engine at idle. I called the salesman ‘Jake’ to register my concern. I was told that the car was warranted and ‘just go to any VAT registered garage for diagnostic’s.
With that, I took the car to Sytner JLR where I live. The next day, they called to inform me my car needed £4200.00 worth of repairs. The long list of repairs included a number of MOT fails (one of which was four missing wheel nuts!). Sytner questioned the validity of the ‘new’ MOT which passed the car with ‘no advisories’ on 13/07/23 (only a few weeks earlier!!)
The warranty supplied was up to £2000.00…not really adequate for £4200.00 with of faults!!!
I immediately contacted Jagland, who seemed to be annoyed that I had taken it to a main dealer??!!…like it wasn’t fair??!!
I asked for the car to be either recovered by them for repairs or for them to pay Sytner to do it. I asked for a courtesy car whilst repairs were undertaken….all requests were ignored for weeks. No calls or emails were returned. I was left in limbo with no way to get to work!
I hired a vehicle immediately and reported Jagland to Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman.
I moved to reject the sale as the car wasn’t fit for purpose. It was only then that Jagland began to respond. They asked me to pay to have the car returned them and that they did not supply courtesy cars! I refused to pay for anything as I was already paying for a hire vehicle!!
After many more weeks of ignoring my calls and messages regarding the return of my deposit, they finally paid it back.
I am now working closely with the relevant authorities and government bodies to ensure Jagland are held to account for all the dishonest practices I (and it seems lots more) have encountered in the last two months.
The ‘swaggering arrogance’ Jagland Empire have displayed to me and many others is drawing to an end hopefully!

WARNING - AVOID THIS COMPANY - DECEPTIVE PRACTICES
I want to share my recent experience dealing with Jagland Empire Ltd, and I cannot stress enough how important it is to steer clear of this company due to their deceptive practices and lack of integrity.
DECEPTION #1
I was promised a 14-day return policy, similar to what is offered by Cinch. However, both the salesmen I dealt with, 'Adam' and 'Sam,' misled me about this policy. The policy is laid out on their website, I followed their procedure, but they denied any return after just a few days unused bar the 4.5 miles to my home.
DECEPTION #2
I was invoiced for a vehicle that included a 1-year Platinum + RAC maintenance and repair plan. The invoice stated "1 year RAC Warranty P+ highest level." However, I later discovered that they provided me with significantly lower coverage. This means that if I kept the car, I would be exposed to potentially thousands of pounds in repair bills. The mileage on my car exceeded the maximum allowable for P+ coverage, which the salesmen were fully aware of. Both salesmen deceived me and provided a fraudulent invoice as this level of cover is not possible.
DECEPTION #3
The vehicle was advertised as having documented service history. The salesmen told me it had 8 service stamps. I have never received these.
DECEPTION #4
When I raised these issues via email, a senior staff member named 'Jason' handled my complaint. He was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He outright refused to address the breach of contract, refused to provide the P+ warranty I paid for, and refused to take the car back, even though I notified them within 2 working days. This completely contradicts their supposed 14-day return policy. 'Jason' went as far as instructing me not to call again.
Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with them, they ignored my emails and failed to respond within their own stated 72-hour timeframe.
S75 SUCCESSFUL
I engaged Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act for redress, and my credit card company have agreed a full refund. The company's owner, Mr. Saleem, will be held accountable by the credit card company.
COMPANY FINANCE
Don't be deceived by the luxury vehicles on the forecourt. They don't own them! Company accounts indicate a poor financial position, with total assets worth less than one of the cars on display. Debts significantly higher. Their net reserves are in the negative.
MULTIPLE SITES
I purchased the car from Jagland Empire on Kings Road, but it was collected from another site on Gibbet Street, Halifax, with (Easy)CarCredit247.com signs. This site has features on the TV series, "The Sheriffs are coming" This raises concerns about their financial stability, as this company faced a compulsory strike-off notice. I notice that they have recently removed the signage which was clearly passing itself off as the Easy Group
CONCLUSION
I strongly advise anyone considering dealing with Jagland Empire Ltd to think twice. Verify every detail, insist on using a credit card for payment, and exercise extreme caution. This company's reputation is abysmal, and I cannot stress enough the importance of AVOIDING them.
Jagland you have replied stating that you dispute some claims. Firstly, this was not feedback, it was a COMPLAINT. Please feel free to counter any of these claims. Don't forget I made a successful S75 claim against you for a full refund from Barclaycard.

Terrible after sales service. Purchased a commercial vehicle parts missing . Said they would fix the problem. Hasn't been done. Girls on the phone repeatedly fob you off with all sales guys busy . Never return the courtesy phone call back . Seeking legal advice. People tend to leave negative reviews because they have had a bad experience.
