"I bought a Jaguar f pace that luckily…"
I bought a Jaguar f pace that luckily for me was delivered. The car was 2 weeks late, supposedly because they were doing full car checks and wanted it to be right. They promised a £150 delivery fee refund and would make it up to me. This however was after I chased emailed and rang,
They kept telling me they had problems with their phones and all sales staff are always busy and return calls rarely happens until I threatened to pull out of the purchase.
The car arrived driven not on back of a truck as agreed, it had paint scuffs and was dirty inside, marks all over headlining and carpets. It was not valeted in my opinion before delivery. Pictures and detail supplied to Jagland. Have received a mail stating detail passed to their sales complaints department!!
The car had a number of bits missing, luggage shelf, no handbook roadside kit missing etc. Biggest complaint me was they sold the car as one owner, this however has turned out to be a rental company, technically one log book owner but god knows how many drivers. The car has been sent for independent review and MOT assessment
I don’t think I will hear back from Jagland and present calls don’t get me any responses. The website implies it’s a large organised company, visit the physical site do not purchase without visit and do not give them a deposit.
I am still waiting for them to honour their refund agreement the missing car parts will just cost my wallet
It’s the first and last time I will purchase a car online, it’s not been a positive experience and goes to show how carefully you should check before parting with your money.
Jagland you can still redeem your sales promise
