The material of the t-shirts looks cheap, plus I had to wait over 6 weeks to get my order, and the presents I supposed to give, I had to sorting out different presents

Our shirts came just in time for a big event. We looked so professional setting up and serving our beautiful baked goods. I would highly recommend purchasing from Trends. My ONLY complaint, they are long, but you know what, they can be adjusted for us shorter folks on our own. Beautiful Job!

"Nice design but poor customer service"

The designs came out nice but one of the leggings were shipped in a medium and it should have been a large. The customer service around this mistake was awful they asked me to measure the leggings in several different areas and send pictures.
I don’t have time for that I run 3 companies. The order form says medium for the pair in question that should suffice they know the measurements they use for their sizes don’t ask your customers to do all that measuring when they made the mistake. Even after I told them I didn’t have time to measure the areas of the leggings they were perfectly okay with that versus trying to make it right and ended the conversation around that subject. The other problem was I ordered a hat on the same invoice and it did not arrive nor have I received any shipping information on it like I did for my entire order that included the hat.. after writing in I was told it is being shipped separately, personally I think it was another mistake on the vendor . I still have not received anything regarding the shipping status of the hat. Sadly to say I will never order from this company again due to the bad customer service. Customer Service is very important to me and for them to not try to make it right let’s me know they don’t care about their customers only the customers money .😡

1 mois et demi pour recevoir un tee-Shirt bas de gamme, sans étiquettes, de qualité médiocre. Pour le métier de toiletteuse je m attendais pas a avoir un tee-shirt en synthétique ! Service après vente catastrophique, aucun remboursement possible. Service non professionnel qui empoche bien trop coûteux pour la m.... que c est!
