I ordered the personalize baker top with my wifes name on it, and when we received it. It had the bakers print on the front, but back of the top it had the sewers print. very disappointed

I brought the mat as a Christmas Gift for a close friend who has a Frenchie. He absolutely loved it and was so happy with it. He had seen them online and couldn't afford to buy one so you can imagine his excitement when his present turned up. It's so rewarding to give a gift that someone loves so much, thank you so much for your amazing customer service. Truly lovely outcome all round :)

"I ordered a doormat that's junk"

I ordered a door matt that came folded up in a envelope and was full of creases and wrinkles when I asked customer service how to get my matt to lay flat they told me to take a 10 min shower with Matt and out something heavy on it for two days didn't do anything still a wrinkled mess. They offered me a 20%refund. Big deal matt is still useless. 40$ piece of junk. Waste of money and customer services is a joke ;

"Great Product Could have been better if..."

Could have been better 'process explained', we found it hard to see what we could get and couldn't get access too at each payment option.
We put our 5 Frenchies on ours, but the colour options didn't all match really, we went with the closest option, for 2 of our dogs. Should consider adding spots on/off, or muzzle colour change/ eye patches on /off?
It took a while to arrive, due to Royal Mail Strike, but it is FABULOUS. 🤩😍.
I'd re-order again, in a heartbeat m, if I could 100 % change all the text and colour match with my dogs better.

Got exactly what I ordered! I got a custom frenchie rug with all 3 of my dogs and their names on it. Shipping did take a while, but its a custom order so delays are expected.
