"Complaining."

I bought chocolates only to be delivered in a sunday. It wasn´t.
Later when I bought flowers to be deliverd, I discovered that chocolates weren´t delivered because you don´t deliver only chocolates.
So, the SAC emailed me explaining. It´s okay, then flowers and chocolates were delivered.
The cards. It was to be delivered with 2 cards but they only delivered one card, written in english, but the words were too bad that nobody could understand.
I use yours services but this time the service was bad and it isn´t cheap.
