"Beautiful flowers but disappointing delivery time."

The flowers were beautiful and fresh. Morning delivery was requested. However, my sister was not able to go out for breakfast until the delivery was eventually made at 11:30 am. Last year's delivery time was good, The flowers were delivered at 9:30 am.
