This supplement is revolutionary. I’ve tried so many different supplements and combinations of supplements and vitamins and elimination diets, trying to fix my gut. Now I have recently discovered I am actually gluten and soy intolerant, however I truly believe that this supplement has really helped me during this pivotal transition. I've been on ActivatedYou Morning Complete 1 month but so far, so good! I haven't had a huge change in my regularity as I was pretty regular before. I came to this product for belly bloat. I've seen a slight decrease in that but hope for more as I continue to use.
All in all, I love that I'm getting a massive dose of greens, pro and prebiotics, fiber, etc. in a sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free drink. I've even come to crave it when I wake up. Also, and this is an odd mention that might just be me: I've noticed that my eye color has changed slightly. My husband commented on it, too. They are brighter green than before. Bonus!
