Recurrí a StubHub para vender una entrada a un concierto al que finalmente no iba a poder asistir. Pero tuve una incidencia a la hora de realizar la venta, la entrada era nominal, no me permitía transferirla, y además, tenía que hacérsela llegar al comprador antes de una fecha, y a mí no me la enviaban hasta 3 días antes del evento. En estos casos aconsejo estar seguro a la hora de vender, ya que puedes tener que asumir una gran penalización a la hora de cancelar la venta.
Finalmente, gracias al equipo de atención al cliente, especialmente a Juan Carlos M, he podido solucionar el problema.
