I am so pleased with the quality of our yearbooks this year. The software was easy to use, the book quality was amazing for such a low price and the support received from Sam at APFS was fantastic. I cannot rate this company highly enough. We will definitely be using APFS for our yearbooks next year.

Very easy to use and excellent templates. I like that it told you if the quality of photos was poor and allowed you to change these. Very attentive staff that reminded us of deadline and offered help in any way possible. I would definitely recommend APFS and will hopefully use their company again in the future.

"Good product, incompetent service"

I'd used APFS before and been impressed, but sadly this time had a very different experience. Lots of administration glitches - my order was transcribed wrongly, the freepost label wasn't included and there's been a long saga with payment. I sent a cheque, they said it wasn't there. Then it was found and I was told the account was clear. I have now been sent more invoices. Apparently I cancelled my cheque ( I hadn't). Really frustrating. I won't be using APFS again, though the actual product is fine.

We run a youth club for people on the Autistic spectrum and while we can't get everyone to participate the ones who do are always thrilled with the results. APFS provide an excellent service, great quality.

My school uses this company for the productuion of Christmas cards. The cards are delivered on time and are great quality and value for money. Mistakes are rectified quickly and without fuss. The paperwork is simple to use and the initial pack for schools is useful and plentiful. When I have called with a question, the staff are friendly and efficient. We will be continuing to use them this year.
