This is the 2nd year I have used APFS. The quality is so much better than the competitors, the price very reasonable and the online creation tool user friendly with some nice features. Would definitely use again and recommend to others

"Leavers Books 2023"

This was the first time I have ordered from Arts Project for the Leavers Books 2023. Overall the book quality is excellent, friendly customer services who promptly responded to all my queries and guided me through from ordering , software help, payment , dispatch and repeat orders.
The sample books arrived in the given timeframe . A good experience however I would recommend to add a few features that were lacking in the software making it too time consuming for designing such as text wrapping, able to reshuffle single pages, clarity in the preview and ability to delete unused / unwanted pictures after being uploaded . Also emailing tracking number and confirmation of dispatch would be helpful.
Saying that what was helpful was being able to
Upload from multiple devices making it easier for the compilation.
The book once printed received many compliments and clarity was much better than the preview. Thank you for making it a book that children will look back on and enjoy for years to come.

We have used APFS for our P7 Yearbook for a number of years, and this is my second year of being involved in the production.
The quality of the finished product is second to none, but what I like best are the options available for the children to put their stamp on it. We have a yearbook committee who loved picking out backgrounds, page styles, and working out what they wanted the front cover to look like. Each year group is different, and this helps them decide what is important to them.
The customer service team as always go above and beyond to make sure we have the yearbooks in time for end of term, and they communicate along the way.
The only are I could suggest to improve would be for more than one user able to log in at a time. This would take a lot of pressure away from the one person who is trying to upload all the information - especially with over 100 children in a year group.

We did the Coronation mug project with Art Projects for Schools and the whole experience was very smooth. The materials were great and the instructions very clear. They responded to emails very quickly and when we needed extra templates they sent them straight away. I would definitely use APFS again.

Good company to work with. The customer service is excellent.
We had a couple of printing problems this year (for the first time) and they worked swiftly to rectify these.

Largely, all went well. We had 550 children involved. They were helpful. 5 pieces of artwork arrived at the printers with water stains. These printers were not able to edit the images to rectify this. More/better collection bags would have helped. We managed to photoshop these images and these printers ensured that these images could be ordered.
