"Great quality book and packaging improved"

Great quality book, but original was shipped in standard bubble bag with no cardboard protection or warning not to bend and the postman bent it in half to squeeze through the letter box. A second copy was sent, free of charge, and that was protected with a sheet of cardboard (and a'do not bend' warning on the inner packaging!) and arrived in good shape.

Amazing platform for anyone to upload and design and create a superb looking Leavers book. I was happy with the upload and storage and although the templates were extensive and inspiring I ended up with my own bespoke book. There were no issues with accessing the site at any time and it was sensible to book a printing date in and work to that deadline which was moved at my request. Dispatch was accurate and the print quality was 100%. Price point was more than reasonable per book and I can't wait for the leavers to see their books. I highly recommend and will use again.

Great online resource to create school yearbooks. Would have given 5 stars but the website is a bit clunky to manoeuvre around. Fantastic page layout options, very wide range of backgrounds available, and excellent customer service.

We have completed the Christmas Card project for several years and have alwasy found the service and products excellent. We completed the our order in Decemeber and distributed the product but as yet have still not received our fundraisning payment.
