Stay away, scam company. My son was so stupid to transfer 1000 dollars to open an account. Oanda confirmed they had received the money. But his account was not opened. Wrote an email 4 days after the money was transferred. And got an email back about which email he had used to open the account. 2 months later his account was not opened and he wrote about 15 emails to Oanda, heard nothing and we also threatened to go to the bank and get the money back. But no response from Oanda. But yesterday we managed to get the 1000 US Dollars back after about 2 months. When we made a report to the bank and could prove that Oanda is a scam company and just steals money. My son has a much better experience with COINBASE there, he opened an account in only 3 days. So stay away from the crappy company Oanda.
