"It's good but it's not Carling?"

This is my third Hatchbag and I have always been pleased with the products. This one is as expected - although I was disappointed with the Seat Cover supplied as an add-on item. Essentially it is simply a rectangular sheet of material which attaches to a Velcro strip on the boot liner and drapes over the rear seat and headrests. Naively I had hoped for a tailored item, perhaps more of a "box" than a sheet. To be fair, the sheet will do what it is supposed to do but aesthetically it does not please.
Given that it is necessary to use a proprietary cleaner to remove any silicone before using the adhesive pads it would be useful to have such a cleaner supplied as part of the package. Why not go the extra mile to delight the customer?

I was looking for a decent quality boot liner to protect my new Land Rover Disco from two hairy dogs. A trawl on ebay and Amazon threw up lots of cheaper alternatives but they all had something or other wrong with them. BMB Hatchbag had good reviews and you could tell it was clearly a good quality product, worthy of the price. I also needed it in a hurry for Easter and a nice lady expedited it after a phone call.

They are not joking about silicon build up on car trim which reduces adhesion of the Velcro strips. I couldn't wait to get the proper 'tar remover' product they recommended so went ahead with a bit of spit and polish. The side strips don't stick perfectly but due to the head rest straps and the Velcro strips to the rear of the boot, the sides gape slightly but it doesn't affect the performance of the boot liner too much. Would recommend.
