I tried a different company before this who were misleading about lead times. After being messed about I cancelled the order and came here. What a breath of fresh air! The phone was answered with a very helpful lady who confirmed that the items were in stock. They arrived very quickly and I am super impressed with the quality. Wish I had come here to begin with. Perfect fit, definitely dog proof and super easy to fit

Having gone to two other "custom made liner" companies and been seriously let down by them I contacted hatchbag, honestly I didn't expect theirs to be any different from the others BUT how wrong I was. Sarah went above and beyond to help and made sure I was happy with what they were going to send, measurements taken and photos sent I received my liner very quickly. It fits like a glove in my car. I 100% recommend hatchbag.

Das Positive: super schnell und hervorragende Passform

Das Negative: die Plane hat starke Knickfalten drin, die selbst nach einer Woche jetzt noch kein bisschen besser geworden sind. Außerdem habe ich extra (natürlich mit Aufpreis!) die teilbare Rückbankverkleidung dazu bestellt. Der kleinere Teil der Rückbank lässt sich problemlos und super umklappen. Der Klett ist jedoch so angebracht, dass das beim großen Teil nicht so problemlos geht (der bei uns aber beinahe dauerhaft umgelegt ist) und extreme Spannung auf die Folie ausgeübt wird. Um Beschädigungen vorzubeugen, habe ich die Stelle nun ein wenig eingeschnitten. Kann's ja aber eigl nicht sein bei Neuware und Aufpreis für diese Funktion.

Auf meine Nachricht inkl. Fotos des Problems wurde von Seiten Hatchbag auch überhaupt nicht reagiert.
Darüber bin ich bei dem Preis schon echt enttäuscht.
Damit ist die Ware okay, aber den Preis nicht wert.

"Wederom heel blij mee"

Ons 2e setje binnen gekregen. De 1e was voor een Nissan micra uit 2018. Hier waren we al heel tevreden over. Makkelijk schoon te houden en auto blijft netjes. Helaas is deze auto Total loss geraakt en hebben we een ford focus gekocht. Een station uitvoering, geen moment getwijfeld en weer een set besteld. Past perfect en auto blijft netjes .
Blijft ook na langere tijd netjes en mooi eruit zien.
Levertijd was heel kort. Binnen een paar dagen was het binnen.

Ordered a new boot liner two days ago a for my new car and I was emailed today to say it’s on its way… brilliant service. This is the second one I have had from Hatchbag, unfortunately the first one doesn’t fit my new car but after three years of regular use with two labradors it’s still in mint condition.

The liner is so well made, it fits the boot like a glove, and seals around all edges perfectly. I am so pleased with my purchase, in my last car I had one of the rigid liners from another well known company, which was good, but not as good as the Hatchbag liner. 5*
