Before purchasing a boot liner from Hatchbag I was concerned as to whether it would fit my Australian VW Passat as I was unsure as to whether there were differences in boot dimensions between European and Australian models. The people at Hatchbag were very helpful, engaging in a number of email exchanges over more than a week involving exchange of photographs and dimensions of the vehicle and the boot liner. To their credit, Hatchbag were not prepared to sell me the boot liner unless they were absolutely confident it would fit my variant of the Passat. Ultimately, it became clear that it would and I now have it installed; I'm pleased to confirm that it fits nicely and appears to be of excellent quality. Great service!

This boot liner fits like a glove. They are made to specifically fit different makes of cars. Good quality materials used, I would definately buy one even if they seem a bit expensive, they are worth it!

Ordered a boot liner for our new Tiguan. It arrived really promptly. When we fitted it we thought that the sides were too long. I phoned Hatchbag who came back to me with a message from the design department about altering the position of the back seats. We did this and now the liner fits perfectly. Excellent service.

This is our second hatchbag, they are brilliant I have a very young Labrador that loves the water and mud!
They are easy to put in and the stay put and also very easy to clean which is great.

Having previously purchased a hatchbag some four years ago for my now sold BMW X1 a further order was placed for my new car - a BMW 2 Series Active Tourer.
Once again the service was excellent with delivery within a week of order placement.
Installation was very easy and fit of the hatchbag was first class. Quality of material used during manufacture is excellent as previous order.
As a minor point perhaps BMB would include a cut-out for the boot light on the offside of the cover bearing in mind that this is perhaps one of the first hatchbags made for this new model BMW.
The service received and quality of materials used can not be bettered.
