My two calls were answered quickly by people in Australia who knew the stock and hike themselves. They were therefore able to answer questions about products I wanted to buy. I really liked this and the friendly efficient manner of both the people I spoke to. Ordering and paying were quick and easy
My only query is how the backpack I wanted wasn't in stock, then when I rang back a couple of hours later to order a similar product, it was. However it wasn't available on the Wild Earth website so maybe stock had just come in on my second call and I just hit it lucky.

"Everything was great except NZ Customs…"
Everything was great except NZ Customs removed the 2x breakfasts due to it containing Pork. Bit disappointed it cost us. Need to have Notice on Website advising PORK not importable due to ASF disease.
