I've just had 4 winter tyres fitted to my car and they were amazingly good value. I wanted to keep the rear tyres ready for Summer as they still have plenty of tread - they even wrapped them in plastic for me. Very friendly, very helpful and superb value. They're hidden away on an a small industrial estate and it's well worth taking the time to find them and give them a try.

I bought 4 Altenzo Sport Comforters from this company in September 2012 after speaking to the sales team, they were very helpful. I bought them over the internet from the site, delivery was quick and you could track the delivery. Would use this company again.
The Sport comforters are again excellent in the dry and in the wet, noise level and comfort are fare better than my goodyears that were previously fitted.

I first heard of tyretraders from a friend who said he had been getting his tyres from them for years.

Despite the garage being 14 miles away I went along after looking on their website without any warning and I was given great advice, listened to about what I wanted from my tyres and very prompt service at a brilliant price (around £60 cheaper than I was offered elsewhere). They also advised me that my left Suspension Bush needed replacing, and as he explained how it would affect the handling of the car, I realised that was already happening. I asked if they would repair it next weekend and they said no problem, just bring it down.

Went back two weeks later explained what was wrong and even though it would probably take longer than the garage would be open they said they would repair it now for me and went and collected the part straight away.

Both times I was at the garage I was made to feel welcome and a valued customer. Fantastic prices, Brilliant customer service, Would highly recommend and use again.

Ordered tyres online and was sent the wrong tyres out, when I phoned to let them know they told me that my tyres were sent to another customer. They finally agreed to pick them up and a week and half later I got my tyres. Thought that was the end of it they got back in touch to say I had not sent the original tyres back. Some guy called Paul left 5 voicemails in one day on my phone, they finally left me alone when I emailed the delivery notice of the shipment and they offered no apology. Order if they are the best price but just remember they are not very professional.
