Powell's is the outstanding jewellers in Chester. The quality of service is genuinely second to none and nothing is oversold. Staff genuinely want to help and not just sell you pieces, but you'll never leave empty handed or less informed because the jewellery they stock is stunning!

Well worth every penny. Esme is fantastic and found a creative solution to my partner's engagement ring as we didn't want to lose the original band for sentimental reasons. She had the old ring upgraded but had the broken ring fashioned into a pendant for a necklace, so two stunning pieces of jewellery out of one! We couldn't ask for more and will go nowhere else, or trust anyone else, for our jewellery needs.

I was on the search for a Sapphire ring and once I looked into this particular jeweller's in Chester well I saw what I was looking for.
I went into the shop and was warmly greeted by ‘Terri’. As soon as I mentioned the ring she kindly asked me to show her the one I had my eye on and she’ll let me have a look at it.
As soon as I held it, I knew it was for me. Terri even let me have a look at it in the daylight and walked me out on to the row.
I bought the ring and included in the price I could have it sized to my finger, it only took a day for them to do it.
Communication was great and I was absolutely made up with the whole experience and even my sister returned in hope of finding something for herself.
