Continued review post 18th July:
It was on 6th Jul I received an update from these scamsters and low lives stating that “we are working on your issue” where I thought if this really gets resolved I would come back and write the actual response on how they handled it well and were “on their words” sadly it’s been 2 weeks. I’m traumatised on how disgusting people are these days that they say something & are never on their words. Bloody false marketing & false statements. My issue still isn’t resolved and I’m chasing these downgraded pathetic people every day through emails and calls. They don’t revert to emails and their customer executives are so stupid that they only send the templates that’s given to them without even reading the thread emails. I feel mentally stressed chasing such disgusting people and I’m so done! Now no more chasing I will sue them & see that they don’t scam people anymore. How disgusting of them to run a brand claiming all false things. The worst part is their customer service. Been writing emails still no credit note received even though the order was picked up on 8th of July. The worst part is they picked back the order and after that no emails no calls nothing!

Soon they’ll have to close down their business as their karma will hit them hard for scamming so so many people!

Third class services don't buy.... They are not delivered product on time they take atlist 30 to 35 days ... My marriage faction is over and still waiting for product and they not given refund also... If you want to buy atlist wait for 40 days and go for COD .. taki aapko product time se na mile to aap product refused bhi kar sakte ho .

Also lehenga was so tight so I made it return by paying 300 rs ...but no confmation from company has received...courier guy picked it but no return cod or msg has been given ...
After I tried calling on customer service but no call pickup or call back ...

Really feeling cheated by aachho...almost bought 25k clothes at one go but still they have such careless attitude...

Very bad experience with AACHHO I have ordered 2 clothes but they delivered only one for other one not received yet I try there customer care number 100times but no one pickup call I have not replied my email also I have paid for 2cloths.
