"I have been waiting for 6 MONTHS"

I have been waiting for 6 MONTHS! I have still not received my order. They don’t respond to emails and their phone number does not work. That is €200 down the drain. I have never had such a bad experience with a company. Also they don’t want to refund, they only offer the option of store credit. Now you tell me, after waiting for 6 months, who would want to order again with such a company? Unbelievable

"FOREVER DELAY IN ORDERS "

its been more than a month. no update on order. very unprofessional. seems only social media team is active on Instagram. no one cares for orders and customers and their employees are posting on LinkedIn that they did not even get salaries.

I was looking for if I can rate it zero. Such a pathetic service. It's been like 1.5 months that I placed an order and the same is still not dispatched. Trying to reach on customer care is again a problem. You raise a ticket they will close it on their own. You try to reach on phone call they will not answer it. Same is with an email or chat. No answer at all. Just wondering if they have someone in customer care.

If there was anything below 1 star, I would give that rather. This company is completely fraud and make money by taking prepaid orders but never delivering them. They engage influencers to lure people into this trap.

Not recommended to engage with this business as there are concerns about their credibility. They take the upfront and then fails to deliver the product, often leaving their customer with endless follow ups with no resolution. I have ordered a product before 45 days and still struggling to chasing the team to deliver it. Irony is they have marked the product as delivered without delivering it. They committed the product to nr delivered within 15-20 days unfortunately they couldn't make it within 45 days even. They have worst customer care service having folks with lack of knowledge and information about the business and the product

They are such an overrated company.. ordered a few dresses for a function but to my utter disgust got half of my order at first and then comes there customer service which is actually not there at all, because once you’ve made prepayment all you tend to receive are automated replies only. None of their personnel pick the calls nor they reply to emails nd even Insta comments or messages though they are very much active with posting reels and stories. A huge disappointment.. I think they are only busy with making custom orders for celebrities and none to real customers.

Failed to deliver the product even after 8 weeks & instead of refund insisting on a credit note or buying anything else.

I had the worst experience with them they took forever to deliver your order and none of their communication medium works and you won’t be getting any updates related to your order. I would never recommend anyone to buy from them.

I ordered two dresses from them, one had a sizing issue so I requested a size exchange since they don’t have a refund policy. It’s been 20 days and there no update on the order. Their customer service is the absolute worst. They don’t respond anywhere. If you write bad reviews on their Instagram comments then they actively delete it but refuse to communicate about basic timelines with people. I feel scammed right now and money has gone down the drain. Save yourself and don’t buy from this pathetic website.
