"They are fraud"

They are fraud! I am shocked to see their popularity inspite of carrying such fraudulent activities. They will take your money and not even deliver your order. They dont have any customer service. I feel so stupid to have been convinced by its popularity and convinced to have made a purchase.

Very bad experience,I received my anarkali suit but the colour of duppata is totally different and I am trying to contact them with mails and phone calls but no body is responding at all,, duppata shade is different that is their fault,so they must co operate. #INT-8971...I have been following up on my order for 3 months...they customer service is appalling..they keep on posting advertisements on social media sites, but not answering or responding to emails for follow-up on pending items...they are charging so much for the clothing..very bad experience with this company..think twice before purchasing from this website...hopefully something gets done soon with my order

Would have given 0 star if there was an option. They have only one excellent team i.e social media marketing, because they have and are succeeding in attracting customers to such a pathetic website. Scam is the right word for them.
Takes months to deliver, well haven’t received my order even after almost two months. Customer support is a joke, emails, call, busy all the time.
No refund policy, will give vouchers to shop from their website instead of refunding money.
It’s a scam that they are running.

This is by far the worst platform I have ever shopped from. I placed an order over a month ago, and not only did my parcel not arrive on time, but even the estimated delivery date has long passed with no updates at all. I tried contacting the team multiple times through WhatsApp, but despite seeing my messages, they chose not to respond.

I had ordered the item for a festival that has now passed, and I no longer need it. The lack of communication and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. If they cannot deliver, they should at least have the decency to inform customers or refund the amount.

Extremely disappointed with the poor service and unprofessionalism. I will never shop from this platform again.
