"Aachho..FAKE & SCAM, A BIGGGG DISAPPOINTMENT."

I placed my order on 29th August 2024. Despite being over a month and half since the purchase, I have yet to receive the item, and there has been little to no progress on the shipment status and I no longer feel confident that it will be delivered in the coming days. The customer service experience in this matter has been very unsatisfactory, I mailed their support team multiple times, even called on their customer support number but no response from them yet. I would never recommend this brand to anyone. A BIGGGG DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THIS BRAND. "aachho" is TRUELY A SCAM.

Aachho is a real fraud...I ordered few dresses through aachho website with order ID INT-9281 on 16th Sept and I haven't received my order. Already called them WhatsApp them all in vain...they are just taking money from customers and just sitting on it doing nothing.

I placed an order on September 22nd, and while I received one item, the other is still missing. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I’ve tried reaching out via phone, email, and Instagram, but no one responds. It’s regarding order INT-9459.

As a customer from Germany, this has left a terrible impression. I will certainly be sharing this experience with my friends and networks — this online shop and their customer service are nothing short of disastrous. It’s outrageous that no one is answering my inquiries, and the order status hasn’t changed at all.

I’m beyond angry and disappointed. I paid a lot of money, and at this point, I just want a refund. This is unacceptable.

Worst Service Experience, I placed order on 10th September, and today is 20th October and still there's no update on my order status. On their website its still showing order placed. I have emailed them so many times and now they have stopped replying me and no one picks the call on their toll free number. I had placed order from London.

The product I received is of extremely poor quality. The threads are coming out from multiple areas, and it appears damaged upon arrival. I have noticed that the overall quality has drastically decreased compared to my previous purchases.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I no longer feel confident in purchasing from Aachoo in the future.

🆘🆘 Please do not order anything from them. They are frauds. They will neither dispatch your order nor cancel it. This has happened to me twice. I feel so stupid for ordering from them again after my first bad experience when they didn’t deliver my lehenga. This time, I ordered from the USA, and now they’re not answering my calls or replying to my emails. They only deliver to celebrities and influencers and don't value regular customers like us. If you want to save your money and avoid a bad experience, please don’t order from them. I recommend brands like @bunaai, @idaho_o, and @gulabo_jaipur, but Aachho is a big NO. ❌❌

Aacho is a big scam.i have wasted my money i think.they dont pick up calls or ring back, its been more than 1 month i placed my order but no update from their side.i want my refund but they are giving me credit notes. I ordered a dress for my daughter from AACHHO and unknowingly my daughter also ordered the same dress in the month of August 2024.After 2 months, the two parcels were delivered but the size did not fit. So we requested exchange and paid Rs 300 per order for exchange. It's been 3 days and there is no response from Aachho. They neither pick up the calls nor reply your mails. If exchange could not be done, why did they charge exchange fee? AACHHO is a big scam and are duping innocent people of their hard earned money. Never ever do purchases from ACHHO if yours is a white money. It's a big fraudster company.

Please avoid purchasing from AACHHO – this company is running a big fraud and scam! I placed an order on 16th September (Order No. 437791), and it's now 15th October with ZERO response from them. Their customer care has no clue about the status of the order and is extremely rude when contacted.

Meanwhile, the CEO Anurag Singh and his wife seem to be enjoying their holidays with OUR money. This is unacceptable!
