I placed an order on 25th afternoon as mentioned on the website that they assured delivery before Diwali.. I tried reaching to their CX experience team .. every other executive has a different reply when I wrote the query on their insta page they just removed the comments.. Upon reaching to their founders via insta DM they don't care to reply I told them to cancel the order but per them they can't .. I have no option left other than file a complaint against them in consumer forum

"40 days still no delivery. FRAUD"

I placed the order on 17th Sept, 2024 and it's been 40 days now. I am sure you will not be able to deliver the order. Kindly cancel the order and refund the amount asap. Why you are cheating your customers? This is fraud with your customers.

Pathetic service. No commitment. You pre pay and then wait forever for your order. Customer care not picking phone, emails no replies. Don’t fall for this brand they are biggest cheaters.

I ordered three suit sets from aachoo and get highly disappointed by the quality they people providing.. It's a complete transparent cloth that they offer.... Completely a waste of money... They Just provide you e-mail on emails on the name of solution...

I placed an order on 3rd August with order number 407190 with Aachho, It has now been almost three months since I made this purchase, and I have yet to receive the product or any meaningful communication regarding its status.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing. Delays of this length are unacceptable, and the lack of communication from your team only adds to my dissatisfaction.
As a customer, I expect timely delivery and accountability. I earlier also ordered few products from here (order no 398363 and 420827) and my experience was equally disappointing. After such horrible experiences I don’t think I would be ever ordering products from this website. They are a bunch of cheaters and fraudsters

"Stupid company please dont buy "

Stupid company, stupid customer service (the worst you will ever deal with) i ordered on 26th September and pur a soecial request email ti get it delivered by october 20th but they did not give a single reply and never answered any calls. I received just one message that its getting delayed a bit and will take more time that too today. So i have lost all hopes and i thought atleast I can wear it on Diwali but now no hopes because there is more delay i have paid 130 dollars and had to spent extra to buy more clothes for my occasions they are nonsense people to deal with i dont even know if i will ever get it or not.

I don’t even wanna give them one star. These guys are a scam. Highly disappointed by Aacho services. There material is horrible and there is service is even more horrible.
So you deleted my comment. What a scam you guys are.
They just don’t refund for defective product and for the product they never delivered.
They never delivered the outfit and now I don’t want it anymore it’s been more than a month.
Refund my money for the defective product and also for the product you never delivered.
They keep ignoring my emails and delete my comments on social media.
I ordered 3 outfits. I received two. One was ok (wearable).
Second one was defective. The worst outfit, no fitting, neck is improper and can you believe they won’t refund that too.
Third outfit I never received and they never want to refund me as well.
Total scam. How come they have so many followers on insta and fb. Fake product and fake followers

"Refund not get"

I ordered two products from Aachho site on March-06,2024 from which i have received one product but the second product not received yet . it's been approx 7-8 months .
After a long time they ready to deliver the product but suddenly the second order return back to the office , i dont know why ?

Than i mailed to Customer Case , they told me to refund my money to my original account and mailed me regarding the same.

But i checked for the refund there was no any refund received from there side , its been more than a month.
such an irresponsible behavior from AAchho team.

Kindly deliver my order or refund my money on my original account only as soon as possible.




I guess, trustpiolet site is also froud it is also not able to resolve my problem...this is more than third time l have post the same problem regarding my refund..but still problem is as it is ...I would not recommend aachho to any one..or if anyone wants to order any product from this site ..please order at your own risk.. because there is noone to here your problem regarding anything...
