Every time I order something from Aacho main problem is delivery. No one answers in customer care. Tracking details is just a false thing its with you guys and you show the tracking ID which when clicked shows the same Jaipur location for 10 days. Really disappointed...
But of course I love your products and their quality that's why I order otherwise Customer support is ridiculous..

I have ordered in October 2024, two ethnic dresses and one i received within 20 days , but for another one #INT-10853 , i m still waiting and i have never received it.
Worst part is even after multiple emails , they are giving me lame and same replies, different people in customer team. one Famous excuse they give all the time is , these dresses are handmade, gonna take time ( i mean where is your policy of 15 to 10 days for international delivery) , seriously ordered in 2024 before Diwali and still not received till date JAN'07'2025.

Guys it is hard earned money and time is important for us , we trusted you and you are taking advantage.
Rubbish Customer support , DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE

Worst site to buy clothes. I placed an order on 10th oct worth rs 5k but till date there is no update from there side. They've pathetic customer care services nobody revert to your call msgs Or emails. I'm tired of calling them. It's been 3 months.

Fraud Company, I ordered 2 expensive suits on 30Oct 2024, 1 delivered with very poor quality and another one was never delivered. I tried reaching Aachho several times but they don’t pick up phone neither response. I want my money back to my bank account. They can not cheat and take someone hard earned money like this.

Scam website. Ordered a suit on 27th November. It is 30th Dec and website shows label generated. Tried contacting customer care on email, phone, FB messenger but no revert. They do not answer the phone. I need refund.

I even reached out to the owner on Instagram, but although she read my message, she didn’t bother to reply. This site is a complete scam, and the quality of their clothing is absolutely terrible.
