I absolutely regret buying from Aachho.
I would never suggest it to anyone. I placed an order for an anarkali today. The order was a mistake and i immediately tried to cancel. Could not find any help but finally one agent replied. She said i could exchange it for another item. I said ok and picked the item. However i did not receive any confirmation. I tried several times to get a confirmation however no one picked up calls or helped me online.

Worst service... I ordered a suit and the app shows confirmed but delhivery track order says cancelled by merchant.... I tried reaching out to them... They are not responding.. I paid around 2400rs ... They are scammers...

I placed a order with Aachho two and a half months ago, and I still haven’t received my items. The customer service is absolutely the worst. They promise to prioritize your issue, but they just ignore it and leave you hanging. No follow-up, no updates—nothing. I wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone. It's been a frustrating experience, and I will never shop here again.

Poor quality material not as expected as they show in pictures. And they do not even exchange the product for something else. No returns or refunds. But should at least provide the customers with exchange option.

Ordered a sharara set from them last month. They keep saying supply chain issues or unforseen circumstances for not being able to deliver.
Customer support numbers don't exist.
