"Inkspot Show True Colours and Act of Feedback"

Inkspot have been my preferred supplier for some time now (5-6 printer systems). So I have had a great run with their service and support over an extended period of time. So I went into this recent transaction with confidence. Ordering online was generally fine, and delivery was spectacular as has always been the case.
Now I did experienced some issues during checkout, so messaged Inkspot to query what had happened. Being Black Friday, everyone and everything was a tad crazy. Give Inkspot their due, once the sale madness settled down, they took the time to touch base and address my issues.
Whether the checkout issues are a function of the load (from the sale) They took my feedback and have made a effort to address the issues identified.

While most suppliers ignore you, Inkspot did not shirk the issue or even fob me off and have undertaken to rectify the issues identified. I am happy with the attention afforded me, and look forward to their overcoming the challenges that arose.
Inkspot were happy for the feedback and have acted to overcome the issues. And this attention is more in keeping with my previous experiences.
