"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY"

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A CON. This company say they will accept returns but they don't. They deliver, and then when you try and return, they tell you the courier (which you have to pay for, no other options) broke it and they don't refund you anything. Rip off, AVOID

"Great service"

Honestly was abit nervous after reading reviews but product came on time and looks great.

Communication was also very good from company.

Perhaps their issues mainly occur when things go wrong but my experience has been great

"Do not buy from this company"

Unfortunately the long list of 1* reviews are accurate and I would not recommend buying from this company.

I purchased two ceiling roses from their website, I waited the recommended 7 day delivery period and the products didn't arrive. When finally getting through to the company they informed me they had sold out and my products were not due for a few weeks. I was happy to keep my order but asked for the extortionate delivery fee to be refunded as they did not meet their promise. No one came back to me and after phoning the company repeatedly, they simply cancelled my order.

The customer service team offer an incredibly shocking service, it's unbelievable that a professional company would speak to their clients in the manner in which I was spoken to.

Absolutely disgusting and as far as I can figure, this business is ran by a group of aggressive men who will take your money and then mess you around for as long as possible to try and keep hold of it, without delivering what they promise on their website.

"Very disappointing experience"

Very disappointing experience. Ordered two ceiling roses. Had to constantly chase until they were eventually delivered 4 weeks later. Left at the doorstep and poorly packaged meaning that both had damage and one also with a production fault. Sent off photos of the damage and requested replacements. 10 days have passed and no response. All very unprofessional and a totally unacceptable way to run a business.

"3-7 days shipping, currently 105 days!!"

Much like others, it appears, I have been entirely disappointed by the monumental lack of customer service at this company. I ordered two roses which were shown on the website as in stock and meant to ship in 3-7 days. At the time of writing it has been 105 days and 15 emails - most of which were completely ignored - and I have received only one of the roses!

I understand stock issues, especially at the moment, and can sympathise, but in my 2nd email to them I specifically said that I was happy to wait a little while providing they kept me informed about my order. They did not. I gave them chance after chance to update me on the status - repeatedly asking them to just give me some information of if / when I would be receiving the rose and KEEP ME IN THE LOOP. After four chasing emails I sent were ignored I finally had a response saying: "We were expecting to be restocked but it has been delayed. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience". That was it.

So, eventually I had to request a refund, which they gave me but without the £19 postage I'd paid. I am still waiting to receive this.

Utterly terrible service you really should avoid if possible.

"Suprisingly Long Wait"

Very good product but it took over a month for me to receive my order.

The wait wasn't a problem in itself but I would have liked to been warned of the protracted timescale.

I would still use them again.

"Plaster Coving"

Picked up coving direct from the workshop as we were in the area... greeted by a very friendly bunch of lads... a little confusion and mix up with the order (genuine mishap) but upon the discovery of which, they went the extra mile to get the correct order dispatched to us the very next day with no additional cost

"Damaged coving (cracked, crumbling) and no refund given"

I ordered a number of meters of plaster coving as well as two ceiling roses. The two ceiling roses were undamaged but I received the coving in a very poor state- damaged, cracked and crumbling. My plasterer refused to put them up. I sent an email to Plaster Ceiling Roses with pictures and was told to call for a refund. I was then told that I couldn’t be refunded because after 14 day period (this in accordance with consumer rights is irrelevant for damages goods. I complained when I opened the coving with was 2 weeks after the 14 day period). I was then ignored as I sent repeated emails. All emails I sent I received confirmed receipt emails but no one responded.
When eventually my call was answered I was told that they didn’t think they were damaged (despite huge chunks out of the coving) and kept saying things like “you don’t understand” and being patronised. They also tried to claim they didn’t receive my emails despite be receiving automated emails back saying “your request is being received and is being reviewed by our support staff”. I am therefore left with a load of damaged coving not fit for purpose and hundreds of pounds down.

I ordered a ceiling rose and received a call from Michael as initially id only ordered the ring, in error. Michael contacted me straight away and provided advice and I purchased the rose keeping the outside ring. It arrived promptly. It was slightly damaged, I contacted michael and sent photos, and the company apologised and a replacement sent! Ready for my plasterer this morning!! Fabulous ! Very helpful and professional service, the roses are lovely. Ive placed another order today and wont hesitate to recommend them! Thankyou

"Do not order from this tin pot business"

I ordered two ceiling roses on the 23rd May under the understanding they would arrive in 3-7 working days as stated on the website when I ordered. It’s now been 35 working days and nothing. I’ve had two emails from somebody at the business (I won’t call them customer service as they have no interest in their customers) both promising stock this week and delivery next week, both lies. I’ve now ordered from another company and have requested a full refund from this tin pot business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS

Latest update- 2 months since I have not received the product and 2 weeks since I requested a refund which just isn’t getting paid. Next step will be legal. Cannot emphasis enough DO NOT BUY from this ‘business’.
