"I am very disappointed with this…"
I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered 4 ceiling roses, two of which we were told we’re out of stock after about 3 weeks of waiting. They asked if we would choose two alternative roses and if they were more expensive they would cover the cost so we were happy with this. When the order came it came with a tool kit (poor quality plastic bowl and and plastic pallet tools) worth nearly £40 so I checked my order to find it had been added at the checkout. I’d like to point out this may of been my error I am not sure how it happened. I let the company know and they said when they delivered the remaining roses they would collect it and refund me the money. I have been told about 15 times that they will refund me the money (no joke) and they are now ignoring me. They do not answer the phone either. I would never use this company again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

"Absolutely outstanding service"
Absolutely outstanding service. I emailed to ask for an update on my ceiling rose, and discovered that it wouldn't be with me in time. Michal immediately said that I could choose another and that it would be delivered in time. 8am the following morning I had a knock on my door!! A lovely chap drove it from their base in Littlehampton and delivered it. I haven't had a look yet as I don't want to risk it breaking, but can't wait to see it in all its glory when the builders put it up tomorrow! Over the moon.

"Complete scammers, 4 months and no delivery"
Complete scammers, been waiting 4 months for delivery of roses, constantly told it will be delivered in one week or 2 weeks then when I speak to them again told that they don't know who I spoke to to give me that timeframe. But I even have email proof from March when they put in writing, Delivery next week. Was supposed to deliver this Wednesday according to manager Drew but didn't show up, is getting ridiculous. I would avoid and reading other reviews seems a common trick to keep saying will be delivered next week. Can't believe I've been waiting 4 months, no roses and out of pocket. Staff are so rude on the phone aswell, one told me to f*** off when I asked to speak to the manager

"Great rose and great service (a tale...)"
Ordered a large ceiling rose, and was delivered when promised as per the 3-7 day waiting time. On the day I was well informed of the delivery via their personal delivery driver. He rung 30 mins before arrival and was polite.
Unfortunately once I had signed and driver had left I inspected the rose and found it was damaged, the packaging was a little on the light side. As per the Ts and Cs on their website I ensured I let them know in writing via email with picture evidence within 48 hours of receiving the rose. Note: do read the terms and conditions before buying, as there is important information in there. The terms are there for a reason, simple as.
I rung a couple of times and the lads were helpful, especially Connor and Damian. The lads on the phone don't have access to the customer emails, only managers do, so they both quickly helped get my query to a manager as and when they could (I was on tight timescales so was keen to get a replacement asap). The day after my original delivery and me informing them it was damaged, I received confirmation from a manager that they would dispatch a replacement that day, no extra cost. I received this via DPD next day and it was well packaged and in great condition - I was delighted. It's up now and looks fab. Very happy.

"Terrible service - stay away"
Terrible service. Did not deliver on the date , and after an email (no response from them several days later )and a phone call the next day they notified me that they are going to deliver A WEEK LATER. When I complained i got a "no worries bud" from the person on the other line, and was not able to refer me to the right person to deal with the complaint. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away if you want things on time . I have the builders in but no materials because of them. They are misleading as they claim they have items in stock and offer dates/delivery slots that they are not able to honour.

"Such poor customer service"
Having an absolutely terrible experience with this company.
I ordered several meters of coving and a ceiling rose at the start of March. When the coving was delivered I was told by the delivery company the ceiling rose was out of stock and will be sent later. I had no official communication from plaster ceiling roses about this. When I emailed to notify them of the situation they told me the ceiling rose will be with me within a couple of weeks.
It is not end of April and I still do not have. I receive no communication from them unless I chase. Then I am told ‘it will be next week’ or ‘another couple of weeks’ which is completely untrue.
I am now trying to swap for another style as I had to find an alternative from another company for the original room it was purchased for. However as I have already paid for a ceiling rose from Plaster Ceiling Roses (plus the expensive delivery charge) I want to swap it for another style which will suit the new room. Whatever style I select from their site I’m just constantly told ‘it’s out of stock’. That’s it. Every single stile out of stock? No one tells me what’s in stock, no one tells me when they will come back into stock?
I’ve had no compensation, no apology. The level of customer service is absolutely horrendous. Just a few words is ever replied. Completely unhelpful and rude. Don’t waste your time with this company.

"Don’t use them"
Don’t use them.
Website said the coving was in stock. Chased on delivery after 5 days only to be told ‘another two weeks’. This was the start of me constantly having to chase and constantly being told ‘ just two more weeks’ ‘just another week’. Ordered March 8th, half my order arrived April 21st. No ceiling rose, despite them telling me two days ago that it was in stock and would be delivered. The builders have long finished every other part of my project and have rescheduled to put the coving up 4 times so they are as sick of this company as I am. No ceiling rose delivery this morning means I’ll be pushing back the electrician. Again.
Plaster Ceiling Roses are the only supplier that’s let me down on the whole building project. Avoid like the plague.

"Appalling customer service"
They didn't fulfil my full order, no apologies were given and I had to request the money for the undelivered item through PayPal resolution.
I returned the remaining portion of the order, as per their returns policy, and as yet (21 days later) no refund has been issued and they do not respond to my emails.
Avoid at all cost!

Terrible company. Ceiling rose delivered broken. Have been advised I cannot get a refund as didn’t email them to advise of this within 48 hours. AVOID. Customer service is awful.
