"Poor customer service"
First, Ryan, the local technician was GREAT. He was prompt, courteous, friendly. He listened, problem solved, and quickly corrected our issue. That’s the good news.
The call center was obnoxious, disinterested, rude, talked over me, and tried to tell me the first available appointment was over a week. When I said I couldn’t leave my home unarmed that long, he called the local office to see if they could get someone today. He said if they couldn’t find someone today, I had to wait over a week, that on none of the following days would there be anyone available, unless I wanted to PAY for an emergency visit. Fortunately, the local office came through. While I waited on the phone with the call center (15 minutes), I told him I have been an EMG customer for 14+ years, with 3 houses and one business and never had this kind of customer service while it was managed locally. I told him I would have to consider going elsewhere and he wasn’t concerned. You have a problem with customer service and it will drive your customers elsewhere.

My system needed to be updated. Technicians TREVOR MERRITT , arrived promptly and reset and tested my alarm system. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Trevor is an asset to the Alert 360. He also check the contacts on the windows and replaced several signs.

Jim Cassi had only stopped by to drop off new signs but he was willing to check the issues I was having with my alarm system. Batteries were replaced, unneeded equipment deleted and everything back in working condition quickly and efficiently.

"At a very difficult time while my…"
At a very difficult time while my husband is in Hospice, my phone and alarms went out. I called my phone provider and they responded immediately. Got everything back working but said the problem appeared to be in the alarms. That night at about 8:30 it happened again. Called 360 and talked to a wonderful woman who took ownership of my problem. Got hold of a supervisor and dispatched an incredible young man. At 10:20pm he arrived and tackled the problem like a dog after a bone. He didn’t stop until he found and fixed the problem. Jerry also left his phone # In case it went out again since it was Memorial Day. The lady I spoke with and Jerry went above and beyond and are true assets to your Co. My undying gratitude to them for caring to help me at a very difficult time.
