Cons: Said they could monitor my system then said I needed to buy their system. Costs me $40 a month for 3 years.

Pros: Knowledgeable tech. Great whole house app (Alarm.com). Great service and alerts.

So I'm generally positive and happy with Alert360.

Service was AWESOME!! Joel showed up even though problem seemed to self-resolve. He went though diagnostics then looked at my screen set up and fixed some things that weren’t done at install. He explained (tech to nerd style) what to look for and how to analyze if problem happens again and made sure i had contact info.
He easily could have blown off the call when i gave the update over the phone, but he came and did great due diligence. He offered to replace the camera if i felt strongly, but we agreed it appears to be working fine.
Joel is an amazing tech with great customer service focus and skills. Don’t let this guy go!!!

I spent 27 years in the fire and security industry as a techband in sales. Kennard was my tech would came out and replaced a camera then added an image sensor. He was very thorough. One function of the image sensor wasn't working right off but he didn't try to take off prematurely. He worked it through until he got it 100% tested. I would highly recommend both him as a tech and Alert 360 as a security company. They really do care about the customer.
