I am a repeat customer. In a global pandemic where in business we all understand delays on stock for various reasons the guys at direct storage have been first class. Open and honest setting real expectations and last Friday we had the call from the 3rd party courier who booked in our delivery slot which worked for us and we are delighted with the goods received. Excellent job guys we will be back in the future.

Very unimpressed. Ordered two cabinets, paid by card, gave approx 1 month for delivery date. No contact from them so day before date agreed for delivery emailed to get ‘unfortunately’…. next week! No apology either. Have cancelled order and won’t be re-ordering.

On Monday Steve says "If you send me a copy of the invoice for the collection I will refund this as well and the goods in full when we have received them back"
On Wednesday Steve says "I agreed to refund the goods and the return shipping, I didn’t agree to refund the original shipping."
So essentially he has broken a promise and a legal agreement. Thier website still has the wrong picture, and the chair was NOT antistatic as described.
