08.04.18 Final Update in Response to message sent from MyCigara:
Tom,
The emails that you say you never received from me, could they have gone into your junk/spam inbox just as you say your invoice emails could have gone into mine?
I originally forwarded the emails I sent to your company to Trustpilot anyway so its fine.
I mistakenly said eBay in my update on 14.3.18 however as you can see in the other updates as well as my correspondence with you that it was PayPal.
The product didnot have the original sealed packaging that it should come with so I am surprised that you are saying otherwise when you would not have seen it when it was sold.
The product was faulty as the battery drained within 2 days compared to the previous model which I also own that lasts 4 to 5 days using the same tank and I am amazed you are advising there is nothing wrong with the product.
The product is also incorrectly described on your website and I made your company aware that this is false advertising and this was the reason which your company quickly agreed to the refund. Its funny that your website still currently shows that the MVP mod comes with a Scion Tank when I already informed your company that it does not....still false advertising...I have taken pics to prove this.
The so called £15 gesture that you mention was not really a gesture of goodwill but as per the internal email you sent me of which TrustPilot have a copy you say "Is there something we can offer in order to amend this review and change your opinion?"
So it was to change my review on this website and as it was quite a feeble offer I declined and as I dont really trust your companies standards, I am glad to have done so
I do not wish to correspond any further and intend to keep my review of your company on here so people are aware of the service they may receive.
Update 16.03.15:
The postage refund has now been issued. I suppose that mistaken/defective items can be sent incorrectly (which I am fine with) however the main issue is there was no proper communication which made this a very bad experience instead of just a simple return and refund.
14.3.18 Item returned packaging was not new condition, the battery drained very quickly and wrong tank sent. Returned and refunded via ebay but still awaiting refund of postage costs from this company as the email this company gave is invalid and I have told them this but they have not issued an alternative email so can't get refund of almost a fiver!
Edit: Item has arrived now but no confirmation or delivery email from them, only via paypal when contacted them.
DONT BUY...UNLESS YOU DONT WANT YOUR ITEM DELIVERED.
I ordered an vmp4 mod on Sunday 25.02.18 and payment taken. No confirmation email from them about purchase even though paypal sent me email confirming purchase and the transaction was sent to ecigara. Sent two emails no response but luckily bought via paypal so can get my money back.

I was in the Dumfries shop today and just wanted to say that the staff were absolutely brilliant. I was buying an R.T.A and the guy, i think his name was Josh, showed me how to set it up and even built the deck for me. Claire who works there was really friendly with every one and seemed extremely helpful and patient with everyone.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone

Amazing company with lovely staff who actually help you! The females are very pretty and have very good knowledge of vaping the guys know their stuff about vaping would highly recommend if you are starting out and even if you are more of an advanced vapour and use dripper etc!

Have shopped here many times, always find the staff really helpful and are never pushy for sales like other vape shops I've been in. The selection of hardware and juice are great as are the prices. I also love how I can try the liquids before I buy. Would recommend to beginner vapers and also more advanced

Cigara is a fantastic shop, with amazing staff you are guaranteed a warm welcome, and to be dealt with in a professional and friendly manner whenever you go in. Sometimes lack of certain coils can be an annoyance, especially with new tanks that have come in sometimes takes a while for the coils to arrive, and there has been times where I have fallen in love with a juice and after a certain time they just stop selling it, or takes a while to come back in.
But they have a wide variety of juice so always easy to pick another up and try new flavours, they have a large selection of hardware ranging from starter kits to advanced, it would be nice to see a little more variety in terms of makes and models, smok seems to be the main seller or innokin, but recently I have noticed more makes are starting to filter through which is great to see.
