I have been loyal customer for last 4 years ,different staff all time ,management is lost in different world and no customers care.
Closed my account and went to different shop.
Better product and cheaper.
Example
I buy 3 full boxes 120 pounds from cigara and now they want 180 pounds
New shop ,3 boxes 108 pounds and good service.
My cigara family buisness, but the Asian girl manager, doesn't care and no respect for customers.
All is worried about is looking pretty..
My advice don't bother you can get better product from reputable companies and loyalty counts,not just money grabbing and looking pretty.
Spend your hard earned cash where your customs count.
I introduced few customers, family members, who are now not going their.
